The cave's naturally cool, stable environment allows the oak and Vermouth to interact delicately with the gin, adding remarkable depth without overpowering its character. The result is a beautifully layered spirit where herbal complexity, subtle spice and delicate sweetness complement Mosi's signature botanicals.
