Deep beneath Iceland lies Raufarhólshellir, a 5,000-year-old lava cave created by volcanic eruption. Here, surrounded by ancient lava, constant cool temperatures and naturally high humidity, Mosi slowly evolves inside an ex-Islay whisky cask.

The cave's unique environment allows the gin and oak to interact gently over time, creating remarkable balance while preserving Mosi's vibrant botanical character. The whisky cask contributes elegant layers of peat smoke, toasted oak and maritime salinity, producing a gin with exceptional depth and complexity.
