Hidden within the ancient lava chambers of Raufarhólshellir, this French Burgundy Chardonnay barrel slowly transforms Mosi into an exceptionally refined expression.

The cool, naturally stable conditions inside the lava cave allow delicate oak influence to develop over time, revealing layers of ripe orchard fruit, soft vanilla and subtle minerality while maintaining the freshness of the original gin.

The result is beautifully balanced, silky and remarkably elegant.
